Frequently asked questions

HOW DO I FIND THE RIGHT SIZE?

Each style has its own fit and proportions. We recommend checking the size guide on the product page and comparing the measurements with a piece you already own and love.

Please choose carefully, as we’re unable to exchange items due to incorrect size selection.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Each piece is prepared specifically for your order, so a little processing time is needed before it ships.

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details so you can follow its journey to you.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes. We ship worldwide — and shipping is complimentary on every order.

No minimum spend. Wherever you are, shipping is on us.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?

Each piece is made specifically for your order, so we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, or color selection.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos. We’ll review the issue and arrange an eligible replacement or refund.

Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

Because orders move into preparation quickly, we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations once processing has begun — but we’ll always do our best to help.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR INCORRECT?

We want every order to arrive exactly as it should. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We’ll review it and make it right with an eligible replacement or refund.
